we are
Daegi Hong
ASOLDEN is led by Daegi Hong, working with a team of experts including Taei Kim, Jiyeon Kim, and Jungwon Yoon.
Daegi Hong is one of the very few bilingual Korean/English labor law specialists in Korea. In 2022, he published 'Korean Labor Laws on Individual Employment Relations' (OREbook), introducing Korean labor standards laws and related case law in English. He specializes in providing advisory services to public institutions, major corporations, and multinational companies, while also serving as counsel to major labor unions. Most recently, he has been actively involved in helping organize and operate labor unions for ports and airlines in Busan.
Taei Kim
Jiyeon Kim
Taei Kim passed the Labor Attorney certification exam with the second-highest score and joined ASOLDEN, where she now specializes in providing advisory services to public institutions and multiple labor unions.
Following her honorable service as an Army First Lieutenant, Jiyeon Kim will join ASOLDEN in February 2026 to helm the Labor Practice Group, driven by her steadfast sense of accountability.
